RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All Reflection Vision sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to product availability.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alteration will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for any delivery costs associated with an exchange, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Reflection Vision reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet the conditions above.
